So amazon acknowledges they lost my piece of inventory and refunded a portion of the value I had to refund a customer, they did not refund the 7.25 usd MFC fulfillment fee .... thh reason why: that is the policy

am i the only one to find this very offensively abusive? is it for real am i missing something?
