All my Net Proceeds go to Account Level Reserve

Hope you all are doing well. I just recently launched this brand and had roughly $1600 in my Net Proceeds that all of a sudden went to Account Level Reserve yesterday, leaving me with no disbursement for this settlement period. I've been taking sales since April 3 and have yet to receive any funds.

At the same time I noticed all my funds move to reserve, my account was tagged as "at risk" due to the INFORM act. This has been handled, but the funds have not returned to Net Proceeds. Additionally, any new funds that come in at this point immediately go to reserve.

Have any of you also had the INFORM act affect your Net Proceeds? How did you get your money from being stuck in Account Level Reserve?

Thanks

Have you done your research and gone to Seller University? New sellers have their funds held in Account level Reserve for a bit longer than a seasoned seller to cover any returns, claims or chargebacks. You have to gain some sales history and good metrics.

Hello @Seller_q5uHaKPoEMcgn,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Common reasons for an account level reserve.

Do you have any issues or performance notifications? Have you recently updated your account or banking information?

Please open a seller support case and share the case ID into this thread. I would like to review and escalate if need be.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Micah
