As if anyone with a brain and common sense would need guidance on how to ship a package and in a timely manner. For those who find that too difficult, they shouldn't even be selling on Amazon to begin with. The rest of what Amazon attempts push here, though, is simply pointless. The 'webinar' crap they do, along with other unessential crap, only contributes to the insane amounts of fees that we pay.

Will you be explaining why FBM sellers with perfect metrics (including business hours delivery %) are seeing "Featured Offer (Buy Box) Percentage - B2B" at 0% when the "regular" featured offer % is much much higher (often 100%)? Is this because we use the same shipping methods Amazon does (FedEx/UPS), but we don't FBA, so Amazon is using this metric -- which isn't even supposed to be in use yet -- as a very thin fig leaf for the anti-trust-worthy purpose of forcing us to FBA, where we'll win this buy box again, in spite of having these items shipped in the identical manner?

Maybe Amazon needs to train their employees on how to package and ship orders in a timely manner so the sellers don't lose money when Amazon refunds them so quickly because they missed their fulfillment promise or delivered late.

Let's not waste resources on this silly stuff and try to focus on the bigger issues on this platform.
