After two years of successfully selling my product — along with other active variations in the same family — the listing suddenly appeared deactivated without any prior notice or explanation.
I never received any warning or notification.
There’s nothing in Account Health.
No messages in Performance Notifications.
The product has an excellent rating in Voice of the Customer, and is still active in other variations.
I’ve opened multiple cases with Seller Support, but no one has been able to explain why the listing was removed. They only provide vague answers, and no real action is being taken to resolve the issue.
Every day that passes means lost sales, and as sellers, we are left in the dark with no support and no path to resolution.
This has happened before, and in past cases it turned out to be an internal error — but the time it takes to fix it is unacceptable. Amazon must realize how painful and damaging these unexplained issues are for small and medium sellers who rely on this platform for our business.
We need transparency, proper communication, and real support — not silence.

Are you the brand owner of the brand Sol Simple?
I see that this product is sold by the brand owner Sol Simple LLC. Is that your brand or do you have a written "Letter of Authorization" from them allowing you to sell that product on Amazon? If not: that's the reason for the listing deactivation.
