Getting so many returns with the reason "Shipping address undeliverable" or "order not received".I report these order to Amazon but they said that no fraudulent activity noticed. This is really effecting my business, as we have very small margins and we have to bear fullfilment fee due to return. Is there any solution to this problem?
Are these orders that are delivered by Amazon Logistics? Most of our undeliverable, not received, refused orders are Amazon logistics.
Yes. These are FBA orders and almost most of them are delivered by Amazon logistics, tracking ID starts with TBA
