I haven't received disbursements for 2 months already. My funds were placed on hold on account level reserve, because my account was under review. I passed seller verification due the inform consumer act.

Seller verification took a long time due to a technical error on the part of Payoneer and after that due to a technical error on the part of Amazon. But finally verification is complete. Banners about the risk of account deactivation have disappeared. My account is healthy. But my funds are still on hold.

I contacted support but they just sent template responses. Help me please. I don't know what can I do else in this situation.
