Hello, We have a notebook that keeps being listed under BOOKS, and displayed as an author published book on Amazon research page. Only Description appears, no bullet points nothing else shows.

The issue has been going on since May. Countless emails with customer support. Countless uploaded files , again and agin, delete listing, relist listing etc etc. No success.

Any one has faced this problem ?

I have two color variations of the same product. Color 1 has no main image issues but Color 2 main image is getting suppressed because of props. Color 1 and Color 2 have exact same image but different colors. How can I fix this?

Our product is a high-quality leather journal designed for personal and professional use. It is not a book, but rather a journal/notebook intended for writing, sketching, and note-taking. Our notebook/journals is being incorrectly listed and displayed as an author-published book on Amazon's search page.

Despite removing and changing many words, Amazon's algorithm still lists my notebooks/journals as "books." If anyone has suggestions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
