Great information, but if you read the posts here in the forum, most do not get removed. There is also a lot of gray area when it comes to feedback and/or reviews. Could be a simple misunderstanding, but that doesn't fall in the parameters Amazon gives for removal.
There are so many antiquated things Amazon still uses for measuring a sellers account (reviews, feedback...these just aren't important any longer, especially when no one really gives authentic positive reviews anymore), but if something is wrong, it's negative comments all day long!
Do better Amazon-throw the sellers a bone every now and then instead of giving the buyers the t-bone all the time!
I got a one-star review from someone who never even bought my product. I just started my store and don't have many sales yet. I cannot even find the buyer with that name. How would Amazon solve this problem then?
