Is Amazon Lending Only Done Through Outside Vendors Now?

Good morning!

Is Amazon still offering loans directly or is everything now through outside sources such as Goldman Sachs or Parafin?

I ask because I normally get refinance invites and I have not received any. I have paid off 65% of this loan on time with growth in sales and inventory size.

Doesn't make sense why we haven't received a refinance invite from Amazon Lending but we still get monthly emails from Parafin and Goldman Sachs.

Please advise.

Amazon lending is still sending out refinance about halfway through the term. The APR is up though and the term length is down. We usually do 1 year terms at like 9% amoritized down to like 4%.

Our current ReFi offer is for 6 months at 13%, we are passing, doesnt make sense.

We use the Goldman Sachs too, its not bad, easy to use

Have you heard why they have slowed down on offers?

I have not but wouldnt be suprised that it is a business decision, risk v benefit. Maybe a dash of economic uncertainty and a splash of a bullish share price

Hi @Seller_D1G8YlZDXwpwD, sorry I'm just seeing this thread but wanted to be sure to reply.

To confirm, Amazon regularly reviews our programs and services, and we have made the decision to focus on third-party lending products and discontinue term loans underwritten by Amazon. These changes are only applicable for US and UK-based sellers who currently have term loans underwritten by Amazon or invitations to apply for a term loan underwritten by Amazon.

That's what I saw in a news article recently. We haven't received a loan offer since last August when they used to offer 1.5-2M each month. We'll have our last Amazon loan paid off this month.

Fortunately we were approved for a credit line through Marcus and it is a lot better than the Amazon loans because we can use the capital longer.
