My listing suddenly disappeared from search results for my main keyword
I have a listing, with child asins color variations, who ranked around 10-20 for a keyword that drive most of my sales since launch one year ago, in a competitive niche. Everything was fine until this morning when my product disappeared from search results for this keyword. I searched through page 10 my listing was nowhere. It is weird that if I had the color of the variation before that keyword, my listing appears in the the top 10. I have not made any changes in my listings, images, neither in PPC...
I contacted support but they apparently have no idea of what is happening. Still waiting for the response of their "internal specialist" tho

Can someone help with this issue? I already opened a case ID and support just gave me a ridiculous answer "Although your ASIN matches with this query, it does not currently return in these results, and it is not possible to navigate to it using the next page buttons at the bottom of the search results page."

i opened many case no one help, they always saying the same.no helpful.

I'm sorry you have had difficulties with your search term. I'd have to review your Case ID to see the current status of the ASIN and if there are any further escalation options. There are lots of reasons a product might not show up for search for a specific term. Are your the Brand Owner of this product? Any details you can provide may be able to assist me in determine what next steps exist. Thank you for your understanding.
