    Seller id identical in two regions

    We run a web application for sellers. It seems that some users have the same seller id in North America region and AU region. Our app is designed based on the fact that each seller id is unique .

    1. How can a seller have the same seller id ?
    2. Why some sellers have different seller id and some have the same for those regions ?

    If i’m not mistaken each account should only have one seller id no matter the region. Sellers with different seller ids are most likely managing each region with a separate account maybe?
