How do I fix this issue? US to Canada shipping issue.
USPS tracking shows stuck at a US hub, no further movement. Track the same package through Global post and the status shows delivered (6-10 days early). We have over 150 shipments to Canada that Amazon is counting against our OTDR, but all were delivered on time or early. Tracking numbers are changed often by Canada Post after the package clears customs for "last mile tracking", but Amazon is not recognizing this. Amazon has sent emails to buyers that have received there orders advising of a late or lost shipment and urging buyers to request a refund. We have had several buyers tell us this... Several others have taken advantage and requested a refund after delivery or filed an A-to-Z claim that we have and will always lose. Amazon buy shipping and signature confirmations are not available for international shipments. How do we fix this?

What service are you using to ship to Canada ?
For USPS parcels that Canada Post gets directly, it does not change the tracking number -- it uses what USPS has on the package.
If using Global Post, you could update the purchase tracking when a new Canada Post tracking number is assigned (and select Canada Post as the carrier).
