A buyer left a negative feedback for a item we don't sell in our store, and more ridiculously her/his order was cancelled which means she/he never buy anything from us.
Then the buyer purchased an item from another seller, she/he is not satisfied with it, so came to my store and left a negative feedback for me!!!!!
Contacted Amazon for many many times with no help.
Every one knows how important the feedback is to the online seller, but Amazon doesn't help at all, but they call us as "the business partner" cos we keep selling and they keep making money.
But I don't understand, why they do not help their business partner?????
Please someone can help.
