I've devoted more than 9 months trying to get my professionally produced video for my pet mess cleaner uploaded to my listing page. This video is being rejected due to 'medical claims' policy, however the product makes no medical claims or any other violations. The policy has been read so many times and I even have phone support agreeing that they don't agree with why it was rejected, BUT they can't do anything to escalate the issue??
We are a small company so the many thousands spent to produce this video has so far been a waste, sadly.
I likely have over 20 hours on the phone with support on this issue and many emails to community support, all emails received ZERO response.
CASE ID for latest case for this issue is: 14080355501
Video upload ID: 0644785a8b7c4da491a8c18677022b84
Any help is very greatly appreciated - especially from Amazon moderators.

Hello @Seller_3SGDJdwuELx2B
My name is Sandy from the Community manager team here on forums.
Thank you for the details on this post. I reviewed the video and have some insights that may help.
At the end of the video, one of the actors says the product is "non-toxic" this is a Regulated and Prohibited Pesticide Claims.
Another word that may have triggered is claiming that the product is "magic" mentioned by the same actor. This may have triggered Efficacy claims mentioned in section 2.2 Claims and Substantiation.
My suggestion is to first see if you can crop out the "non-toxic" section, if declined, please cut out the "magic" section as well.
I hope this helped!
best, Sandy
Also I wanted to mention here that I enjoyed the video VERY MUCH. I can tell that a lot of effort was put into this. I'm happy to support until you find resolution for your case 😊
