Early Christmas present from Amazon:

Amazon thinks that the UPS is closed today (December 24th). All UPS options in Buy Shipping are not Claim Protected and are marked as Late Delivery Risk, adding an extra business day, i.e. Amazon assumes that the UPS is closed until Thursday, December 26th.

UPS is our preferred carrier, negotiated rates, etc. Now, instead of enjoying a Christmas Eve Day, we have to arrange for the last minute FedEx pickup or waste our time to haul packages to FedEx ourselves.
