Unable to bulk edit anything

Hello,

I am unable to download a spreadsheet of my existing items to be able to edit it and then upload again. I can find blank templates but that is of no use. This is crazy. I want to edit the prices and the details.

The chat people cannot help me.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time updating your listing. If you have not uploaded products before you may need to build a new inventory file. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review and see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
