Shipping box overweight
Hi there,
We sent 3 boxes in a shipment for FBA. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was overweight. We acknowledged the defect. After acknowledging, our inbound performance shot from 0.00% to 7.69%. But after a few days, it went up to 9.09% and it has been rising since even though we have not sent any shipment.
Can someone please advise us how we can get our inbound performance back to 0.00%?

Amazon calculates the percentage based on a time range. As older shipments move out of the time range the percentage will go up. As newer (correct) shipments enter the time range the percentage will go down.
The percentage will go back to zero when the problem shipment ages out of the calculation time range.

You would have to keep sending in more shipments to lower the average based on the days it's calculated against
