Hello Fellow Sellers,
Many of us are facing incorrect weight and dimension charges, leading to unfair overcharges. I have personally raised multiple cases with valid proofs through the Clawback Reimbursement Form, but there is no response. Instead of properly investigating, Amazon simply closes the case without explanation.
When we follow up using the case ID, the support team just tells us, "Your case is rejected," without giving a proper reason or solution. This is extremely unfair because we are suffering huge losses due to these incorrect charges, and there seems to be no accountability.
The EasyShip team is imposing rude and unfair terms, and the Amazon support team is not taking seller concerns seriously. Many sellers are losing hard-earned money due to incorrect weight and dimension calculations, and our complaints are being ignored.
📢 I urge all sellers to check their weight & dimension charges and share their experiences here. We need Amazon to take action and ensure transparency in these fee assessments.
Yes even we are facing the same issue for past 3 days.
Same Issue, tough we were able to get some reimbursement. Just try and submit the required 8 images and I think they will reimburse. Tough it's very hectic but we have no other option.
Yes we are also facing the same issue. we have submitted all the required proofs with guidelines, eventhough the claim was rejected without any proper reason
They charged thousands in the name of weight and dimensions mismatched.
i am facing same issue , my 2 kg product charges 27 kg . i raised a issue multiple time with proofs . but issue no t resulve i have lose more than 20 k
