1400 ORDERS CHARGED A "SHIPPING ADJUSTMENT" IN A SINGLE DAY!!!

Today I looked at my payments tab and saw -$3438 in "Other" and I thought Ohh God here we goo... I received 1400 shipping adjustment charges in a single day.. I only do around 40-50 orders a day.. As I looked at some of the dates they are all the way back to orders that shipped June 2nd that I'm just now getting an adjustment for which i thought was odd. Also knowing that there is simply no way almost every order I sent out received an adjustment I decided to do some homework and I downloaded the last 3 months full line-item report and then filtered by "Adjustments" and then by Order number and YEP SURE ENOUGH AMAZON YOU DID IT AGAIN!!! They are double charging me "shipping adjustments" for a single order at different dates! Now im wondernig how far back i need to go to see how long they have pulling this crap.. not even sure where to begin on opening a case here so any advice would be helpful, or explanations on how they could be charging shipping adjustments twice for the same order sometimes weeks apart..

This just did the same thing to me to the tune of over $2200 and the majority of it going to Canada like yours. The bulk of my shipments are DHL and I think they are the issue here.

Hello @Seller_kaZAa1ZAvjcll

Thanks for checking in about your recent carrier adjustments.

As you have seen, carriers will process adjustments in batches, so you may receive adjustments for 1-2 months of shipments in one day.

As for the "double charges" you mention: I took a look at those orders. The first order on the last has carrier adjustments for both the outbound and return shipments. The following three include both credit and debit adjustments.

If you and @Seller_zhpwaO3OZfdhR would like more details about multiple adjustments for a single order, your best next step is filing a support case with those specific Order IDs. If you share the Case IDs with me I will monitor the case progress.

They are stupid and corrupt! We received multiple fraudulent "adjustments" today also!

We've faced similar issues with Evri applying unexpected additional charges. In our case, they've charged us roughly £184,000 for "adjustment" fees, but these charges were never disclosed or itemised in our regular monthly invoices from last year. Like you, we only received a massive backdated (last year 2023) charge recently , with no prior notification that these "adjustments" would be applied.

We’re considering escalating this to the CMA and FCA due to what we believe to be unfair billing practices and will challenge this legally - This is a scam we believe these adjustment were not part of rate card we received.

Please be aware of this issue moving forward.

This is not how surcharges should work. P2G will not let you continue buying labels without clearing surcharges. You are notified of surcharges by email and the fact that these charges get added to your basket upon next check out. This means you will discover any mistakes for product lines within a day or two and not 2-3 months after the fact and after shipping piotentially thousands of the them. This seems like a blank cheque for EVRI to surcharge what they want over whatever periods they want.

As of today, due to these sudden multiple reports of over surchaging I will cease buying my labels form SC and will revert back to P2G smartsend. No nasty surprises. It's not only cheaper but has the safety feature of letting you know when you are being are surcharged. Amazon SC and Evri labels are not transparent in this regards.
