Account Deactivated without any warning

Yesterday night I checked my amazon and I did receive notification to verify my information such as my charge card (credit card) and bank information. I did all of that and verified all of my information. Woke up this morning only to find my account is deactivated and no reasoning behind it. I can't even contact help desk or anything. Who can I contact to help me resolve this issue.

"I did receive notification to verify my information such as my charge card (credit card) "

Before total panic sets in, try to redo the Credit Card info. Amazon has so many broken links and detours in their gerbil tubes something might have glitched when you did that step.

CREDIT CARD

This is my standard credit card template so use what applies!

Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!

First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true! They WILL charge a Debit Card for initial fees but they will NOT take it on continuing basis most of the time despite their claims!

Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.

There was one recent response from a seller on a post that they DELETED the card that was on the buyer side and put the SAME card back in after a little bit and it fixed the problem. Amazon is a maze of broken links in their antiquated software.

Here is a thread where the OP says it worked.

In addition to redoing your credit card as suggested, check under Performance Notifications and on your Account Health Dashboard. Amazon doesn't deactivate accounts without sending something.

Hi @Seller_LbO52BI3S3IuW,

I have reviewed your account and cannot see any issues with it. We have recently had issues with sellers being able to login to their account. We are currently reaching out to internal teams to work on this issue, and will update this post once we have more information. In the meantime, feel free to try login again and update this post if you are successful.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Michelle
