Delivery Rate

FBS for some products. Need help to understand On Time Delivery Rate, and deactivation threat.

We are forced to use Amazon provided shippers and services. We have 100% same day shipping, never late.

Somehow we have a 50% late Delivery Rate.

Please explain how we can improve???

Hi @Seller_zOnnvP7f0B7iA,

According to the "What it takes for an order to be considered as delivered on time" section at On-time delivery updates, packages need to meet several criteria beyond just shipping quickly:

  • Delivery (not just shipping) must happen by the "Deliver by" date in Seller Central
  • You need a valid tracking number
  • The carrier must be integrated with Amazon
  • Carrier name and tracking ID must match and be correct
  • Tracking needs to be confirmed before the carrier delivers

To identify which deliveries are being marked as late, you can find detailed information in your Order Defect report. Here's how to access it:

Go to Performance > Account Health > Eligibilities > "Go to premium shipping eligibility page" and look for the "Download report" button in the Shipping Performance section.
