A Buyer left me this negative feedback:
"How dare you charge $35.00 to ship a piece of cloth. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Besides the fact that your item doesn’t even work."
The item comes with free shipping however when the buyer was checking out he chose to upgrade his shipping to UPS 2day Air for an addition $35.00. I request for it to be removed and was denied. I also appealed the decision and was denied again.
Can a Moderator please escalate this case to be removed reviewed by a human so the feedback can be removed
In the past we have had the same exact feedback escalated by a moderator and it was approved for removal so please help
