Account Active But Still Under Review - Keeps on Loopong Asking for Documents But Very Vague
Dear Amazon Mod & Seller Community,
Hope all is well, we were hoping you can help us out regarding our seller account concerning Listing Policy Violations which shows as NO health impact and warning sent. Our account is not deactivated but under review since MARCH 22.
We have undergone video verification on MAR 26, 1:00 AM and everything went smooth after the call, as it seemed.
We were then asked to submit a couple of documents which we complied to immediately.
However, we keep on going in circles telling us that evaluation is in progress, then we are asked to submit the same set of documents again and after a couple of days, we get the same message that evaluation is again in progress, without being specific as to what exactly is missing.
Documents submitted are as follows:
- Valid ID proof document that includes the full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer (if applicable), and country of issuance or country of citizenship. {document presented is US passport)
- Bank statement or credit card statement issued in the last 180 days, which includes the full name of the individual or the business, residential or business address, and bank information. (submitted bank statements showing purchases related to ASINs under review, which also matches corresponding supplier invoice)
-Business registration documents which includes the full name, address, signature, and mode of business. (Statement of LLC and Business have been submitted showing company name)
- Supply chain documents which includes invoices and receipts (merchandise are purchased from a local authorized distributor as reflected on invoices).

I made sure bank statement, supplier invoices and tracking, all reflect the ASINs under review, as follows:
-- ASIN : XXXXXXXXXX , Quantity : 1 ASIN : XXXXXXXXXX , Quantity : 1
All of our products are in FBA and are continuously being sold on Amazon; however, our funds are being withheld.
Kindly check if we need to wait for 90 days to have these funds released to us

I understand you have repeatedly provided the documents that were requested, but still do not have a resolution. I know this can be concerning and do want to provide support to assist you in navigating this situation.

I did have a chance to review and work with another team to get better insight into what is occurring for you. From the details that could be shared, it does appear our team has been in the process of trying to verify the details on the documents in the submission. I can see where the current status is showing as under review, so I will want to allow them a chance to finish the investigation.
