IMMINENT DEACTIVATION, Customer Product Review Policy, Help Please

I woke up today to an imminent account deactivation, my account was in great health before suddenly this happened.

I was not aware that I did anything wrong until this happened, I have now read the Amazon Review Policy and understand the instance in where I violated the policy, it was a single instance, a single buyer and it was not malicious, I was trying to make up for my product arriving damaged.

Is the best method to appeal the violation? This appears to be my only course of action?

Any advice?

Thank you kindly

If the only avenue they are giving you is a POA, then do it. Be short and to the point, use bullet points and accept the violation. They want three things, how and why it happened, what you did to fix it and what you will do in the future to avoid it.

Can I get some clarification? I don't know what Amazon is asking for with this new information request, its a straight forward thing. I violated the policy a single time on a single order in a single message chain

I already provided this in my appeal. But they are asking for unrelated information or repeating the same requests.

I provided a lengthy explanation but immediately they requested more information.

As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, in these situations, we're not looking for a lengthy discussion on what happened but narrowed down to the specific reason the situation occurred. You mentioned that you had done something due to the product arriving damaged, can you provide more detail surrounding what occurred and why these actions were taken?

What specific efforts or changes have you made to offer reassurance these issues will not occur again in the future?

If you would like to post your appeal here, we can offer guidance or suggestions on improvements moving forward. If you have provided your appeal on a case, please post your case so I can look over the information and offer guidance.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
