I am reaching out to see if anyone else has faced prolonged delays in compliance document reviews. I submitted all required documents for my children’s toy listing almost four months ago (original submission on Dec 3rd 2024), and despite constant follow-ups, my case (17172756621, opened on February 8th) is still under review with no updates.
Due to the lack of progress, I just opened a new case (17484331131) in hopes of getting a resolution. However, I fear that this will result in the same cycle of generic responses without action.
This delay is directly impacting my business:
• My listing visibility has dropped, leading to lost advertising spend without conversions.
• My Account Health Score is declining due to prolonged compliance issues.
• My overall sales and revenue are significantly affected.
Every time I follow up, I am told that my case is under review by a specialized team, but no progress has been made. I have seen other sellers in similar situations have their cases escalated and resolved quickly.
I am requesting urgent action to escalate this case to the appropriate compliance team. If anyone has experienced and successfully resolved a similar issue, I would greatly appreciate any advice.
Amazon Team, please help us get this resolved as soon as possible. This extended delay is causing unnecessary financial loss.
