Seller code of conduct (Accurate Information)

Dear Amazon Representatives,

I received a warning under the title "Seller Code of Conduct (Accurate Information)" regarding my account. The warning states that I have violated a brand, but no information has been provided regarding which brand I have allegedly infringed. In response, I am asked to submit a letter of authorization from the brand owner or a trademark registration certificate proving that I own the brand.

I have four different products for sale on my account, and since no information has been given about which brand I have violated, I am unable to determine which product is causing the issue. Despite repeatedly asking which brand I have infringed upon, I have not received a clear answer.

To date, I have opened more than 100 cases with Amazon, but none of them have resolved my issue. Each time, I have been redirected to different departments, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone who can assist me. Despite all my efforts, the issue remains unresolved.

Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate your support in finding a solution to this issue.

Assume you violated all of them. At this point, brands are pulling back on sellers on Amazon, so if you do not have LOA's from any of them, be prepared to be asked for them.

In any way you need a "Letter of Authorization" from EACH brand you want to sell. So, you have to write a kind email to everyone.

Amazon can and WILL suspend your account for abusing seller support! You are supposed to create ONE case for each issue. If not resolved, you reopen the same case.
