Read onlyValid Tracking Rate
My order #114-2344969-9856264 was listed as an order with an invalid tracking number but it did ship by Fed Ex and delivered on 4-3-2024.
I would like to get this order reversed so it does not impact my VTR.
I received an email from Amazon stating my VTR for this specific category dropped below 95% so that is why I would like to get this reversed. Is it possible to get an invalid VTR decision reversed?
Thank you,
Jeff
Did you enter the wrong tracking number? It will not be reversed; the tracking information has to be fixed before delivery.
Hello @Seller_q2QJESgvSh8rR,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope all is well.

Based off of the information you have provided, I see that the order ID you have provided was listed as an order with an invalid tracking number even though it was delivered.
Per our valid tracking rate policy, all sellers must provide valid tracking numbers and must maintain metrics above 95% at all times. To calculate VTR, we take the number of packages you ship with a valid tracking ID and divide it by the total number of packages you have shipped and confirmed over a 30-day period.

As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9has mentioned,
To change the tracking ID to the correct one can potentially become a violation. Once the tracking ID has been entered, you cannot change the information.
I would like to thank @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 for their assistance and guidance.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please let us know in this thread.
Best wishes,
