The reviews for the variation family under parent B0D828ZSFD have disappeared. These items have been being sold for over 2 years with reviews sharing and no issues. This started in June and I have been going back and forth with support since then to no avail. I made a basic flat file update to a couple of the child listings in the family and after upload, all of the reviews disappeared. There are multiple cases on my account regarding this issue, the most recent being case 16489082901 and the most extensive case being case 15649672291. This has ruined conversions all summer as the items in this variation are best sold/used during the summer. The feed file has already been checked for any errors that could have caused this and none have been found. Can someone please lend their experience or help to me regarding this matter?

I created three new variation families (from my own existing Brand listings on Handmade) over the last week and a half. I started with two groups of listings that haven't sold well in a while so I can get some practice in making variation families. I noticed the day I made them, all listings in the first group of 7 took the sales rank of the best seller within that family. The next day there was no sales rank on any item. That was over a week ago, still no ranking.

I made a second variation family with a different group of similar items and the same thing happened. Sales rank was the best seller, but the next day no more sales rank on any of the ten items. I called seller support and they told me the items didn't qualify for sales rank even though they had them prior to me creating the family.

Yesterday I took my highest ranking listings and created a family. Again, sales rank showed my best seller (8949) but this morning there is no ranking on any of those items that sell very well here.

I'm freaking out!!! How do I get my sales rank back on all my variation families? When I click on the parent listing it shows no sales within a given time period but that isn't accurate, this item sells well here.

I also noticed the word "incomplete" next to status off to the left on the listing on my inventory dashboard but when I go into edit every single field is populated, and the listing is live on Amazon. I have no idea how to fix this to get my sales ranking back on all three variation families. Here's what I see on the one I created last night...

Sales rank is missing from all of my listings. This includes products that have sold recently.

It would appear that this happened around December 22, 2024. On the, "Manage all inventory" page, when I click on a sku that takes me to a sales data page, I can see the blue line that indicates sales as normal, but the green dashed line representing sales rank ends on Dec 22 for every listing I've checked.

All of my products are in the Handmade Jewelry category. I believe handmade was recently merged with the rest of Amazon's regular listings, could that be the issue?
