Since we have submitted some cases about refund, chargeback and cancellation issues, most of them are marked as "Transferred", but after that, no reply had been made for months.
Some of them were submitted in 2023, but after being transferred, it seemed all of them were just simply ignored by Amazon, no email, no reply, not a single response made, all these cases accumulated, and never get solved.
Do we have a way to track these cases? Now we have over 50 transferred cases, and new cases are still coming.
