Parent Listing is visible in manage inventory but child list listing is not included

Hello! I need help. I'm not getting any resolution from support, and I'm getting tired of their suggestion to wait for 24 hours, which I’ve already done for 3 days.

For some background: I had a problem with my GTIN before. We were listing a variation and used a GTIN that wasn't for a bundle. I reached out and was advised to submit a GS1 certificate and proof of affiliation, or possibly a trademark. I submitted the documents, but unfortunately, they encountered an error due to "matching." After that, I was advised to delete the listing and wait 24 hours before relisting it with the same SKU and ASIN, so I could get the same FNSKU. This was important because we have an ongoing sea shipment, and the attached FNSKU belonged to the listing that was supposed to be deleted.

I followed the instructions, deleted the listing, and was later informed by another agent that I would not get the same FNSKU if I didn’t use the same GTIN. They also mentioned that the inventory might become stranded in the warehouse. I moved on from that and relisted the items, accepting that the inventory might become stranded.

After relisting, luckily, the FNSKU for 1 item remained the same. However, out of the five items, I'm only seeing one in my inventory page. I reached out to support because it’s been three days since I relisted, and it's still not showing up in my inventory. I edited the 2 parent listing on the draft page, but when I submitted, only the parent listing is visible, and the child listings are still in draft.

At this point, I don’t know what I should do.

please note the fulfillment type i selected during listing is fba not fbm

My answer has nothing to do with your question. Just a remark: Your title does make health claims! That is very risky and you risk that your products will go stranded after arriving! Google for Amazon restricted keywords and do a DEEP research regarding health claims in Amazon listings.

Also you risk that the bots will categorize it as a medicament (because you MAKE health claims) and that the system will require FDA certifications or suppress it completely.
