Hi, I am trying to upgrade to a professional plan, but every time I try to switch through manage services there's an error message: "You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed." Please help.

I see that you still need to verify your address in your account, that action has to be completed first before you can upgrade to the professional tier.
To verify your address go to this link:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/global-dashboard/business-information
From there click on Business Address and Phone Number and make sure all the information is correct.
Keep in mind that address verification can trigger a post card with a code that you will receive between 3-5 business days via regular mail. The code will have to be entered on the same page once you get it. Once that is done you will be able to upgrade your account.
