our account has been blocked since November 2024 even though all reports of products allegedly violating the rules have been submitted after providing evidence that this is not the case.
Our account is healthy, we have no error messages in it. Despite this, nothing is happening and we are desperate about it.
Even calls to support have not helped and we do not know what to do next.
Therefore, we ask you who could help us to contact us.
