Today's labels are printed in .zpl file. I can't get the labels to print, is it possible to reprint all the bulk labels 114 of them using a different format?

Hopefully some one with more experience can help you out with the Bulk issue.
I do know you can go into individual orders and reprint labels. Not sure how to do it in bulk.
This is what I do………… (I don’t use QZ tray)
I OPEN and UnZip (extract) the zip file that is provided after I purchase the labels.
I hit Ctrl A to highlight ALL the .pdf files that appear in the unzipped file.
Then I “right-click” to get the option to PRINT and the labels will began to print consecutively.
NOTE: You have to unzip (extract) the file in order to see the Print Option when you right-click.
It takes a few steps but will be a breeze when you get used to it. I use an older version of Windows and QZ Tray won't download for me without error messages. If the file disappears it can be found in your download folder.
NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE ZEBRA FORMAT as mentioned below SORRY!!!!! My Fix is for STANDARD!!!!
That is the proprietary Zebra format. I had the same issue right after they made the changes to the bulk printing. Unfortunately reprinting just prints the same format again. The best option I could find was a free online convertor. No need to install any software. It only does it one label at a time. It's not hard, just a little time consuming. Just search for "online ZPL convdertor" or something like that. There might be other paid options that will do it in bulk, but if you set your default up for next time you shouldn't need it.
I called seller customer service and was told there was no such thing as a QZ tray or a zpl file. LOL. Thank you to those who answered with helpful suggestions. We have gone half mad this past week trying to figure out what we did wrong.
For future labels change your default format from zpl to png of pdf if available then your printing should work as normal. For your existing bulk labels, try saving to pdf and then print.
Hi @Seller_OsVSYtycC1uno,
Dominic from Amazon here. You shouldn't be downloading it as a .zpl file. That would be for a Zebra Printer. You can always use the same Print Connect method you have used in the past.
Best,
Dominic
