Read onlyI have noticed that Amazon has automatically updated the second image on my listing with an AI-generated version that does not accurately represent my product’s quality. This change was made without prior notice, and I am unable to locate or modify this image through Manage Inventory or the Edit Listing section. Additionally, I have not received any updates regarding this sudden change. I request your assistance in removing this AI-generated image and restrain old high-quality product image. Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

Regarding the unauthorized second images published on listings without prior notification, the Parent ASIN B0DHV8JWFH and its variations which have been affected. However, these images are not appearing in Manage Inventory or the Upload Images tab, preventing us from removing or replacing them. We have not received any updates or approvals regarding these changes, and we need clarification on how they were added.
Please advise on the next steps to remove these images and prevent unauthorized modifications in the future. seeking for your earliest attention please.

It appears on CASE ID 10713413142, Selling Partner Support advised you to upload own environmental photos for the 2nd image of their products to override the existing ones provided by Amazon.
Have you taken those photos so they can be added to your product's detail page?
If yes, these needs to occur for both your US and your UK store. Please allow our system to update over 24 hours. If you have other sellers on your listing, their environmental images could also be used to remove the Amazon generated ones.
