ERROR 5995 On New and Existing Products

I have been working to resolve this error since September for a brand that I have ALWAYS sold. I use a third party listing tool and I have verified that the data that I am sending matches the listing in uppercase, lowercase, exact wording and there are no hidden or whitespace characters. If I use the Amazon listing tool, I can create the SKU just fine so it's not the issue of not being approved. The listings exist already in the catalog and I'm just trying to list to an existing ASIN. I am approved to sell this brand. I'm starting to have this error on other brands now. I have provided images on a few products to the catalog team and they state that it should've been fixed, but it continues to be a problem and I don't get much response from the case.

This is starting to hurt my sales drastically and I need the fixed.

Error: You may not change the brand name on this ASIN. Please use the brand name currently shown on the ASIN detail page. If you believe you are using the correct brand name, contact Seller support https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/contact-us and mention the error code 5995

Has anyone had any luck getting this resolved? My ongoing case is Case ID 16079968161
