I have been working to resolve this error since September for a brand that I have ALWAYS sold. I use a third party listing tool and I have verified that the data that I am sending matches the listing in uppercase, lowercase, exact wording and there are no hidden or whitespace characters. If I use the Amazon listing tool, I can create the SKU just fine so it's not the issue of not being approved. I am approved to sell this brand. I'm starting to have this error on other brands now. I have provided images on a few products to the catalog team and they state that it should've been fixed, but it continues to be a problem and I don't get much response from the case.
This is starting to hurt my sales drastically and I need the fixed.
