I am trying to remove my stranded inventory to be disposed but I cannot because "an error has occurred".
My account has been deactivated and I want to remove my inventory to stop getting charged for storage every month. I do not want the items back, I just want to dispose the inventory to prevent charges from Amazon for storage.
I have been messaging amazon seller help with Case ID: 17549286771 and Case ID: 17173726381. The reply on the case ID says "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel."
I am not trying to appeal to reactivate my account. I want to remove my inventory to prevent amazon from charging me constantly.
