Buybox Not Rotating

We have a listing with one other seller with similar feedback ratings (both count &%) and we are not getting the buybox at all. Both are FBA offers at the same price and the stock levels are similar. We are one of the authorized administrators for the brand and were selling this ASIN in 1000s for over 6 years and all of a sudden the buybox rotation stopped. Opened cases both on email and over phone but get scripted replies. We are very sure there is a manual intervention needed but no one at Amazon is ready to help. Btw we share several listings with the same seller and have no problem with buybox rotation in any other listing

Have you tested changing the "Deliver to" zip code? Amazon will pick the seller whose goods are in the closest warehouse.

If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID, I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly. I also have a few help pages about how to improve your chances of being the featured offer and why a listing may become ineligible.

All of a sudden , ALL my items in a category are showing not eligible for buy box, after almost all were eligible 4 days before. Opened a case, sent detailed information, and all I got back was stock reply from THREE different customer service people. I also gave them 1 example(I'm sure there are thousands more) where Amazon has an overpriced, USED item in the buy box. I noted to Amazon customer service that Amazon's OWN written policy, states that ONLY NEW CONDITION items are eligible for the buy box, so the system is violating Amazon's own policy. i'm thinking both issues are related to an even bigger issue. If they can't fix this, unfortunately my listings and the commissions I am paying may have to be moved elsewhere online.

There are ASIN specific metrics that AMAZON uses that will determine buy box wins/losses and there is no way for you to see these.

Could be voice of the customer, returns, late shipments, cancelled orders, restocking delays etc.
