FBA Shipment Lost, Shipment ID: FBA18D9HVYZ1

Hi Amazon Team

1. I am writing this for an issue regarding our shipment to BFL2 (Shafter, CA), which was shipped on September 7, 2024 (Shipment ID: FBA18D9HVYZ1).

2. A case (16348599851) has already been created to address the matter, but we have not received any updates or resolution.

3. It appears that our shipment has been lost by Amazon, and we are concerned that this issue has not been properly addressed.

4. Given the lack of response and the fact that the shipment appears to be lost, we urgently request reimbursement for the missing inventory.
