Need Assistance From Moderators: Brand Selling Application Pending for Over 4 Weeks

Hello,

I have been successfully selling on Amazon for over 2 years. On November 25, 2024, I received an email (which also appeared as a performance notification in my Seller Central account) requesting additional documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, or delivery orders from supplier) to confirm my eligibility to continue selling a certain brand. The email also stated that if I did not upload the required documents or receive approval within 1 week, my listings for this brand would be deactivated.

I followed the steps provided in the performance notification and submitted all required documents on the same day (November 25, 2024) via the following process:

1. I navigated to the Catalog > Add Products menu in Seller Central.

2. I searched for the relevant ASIN listed in the performance notification.

3. I clicked "Apply to Sell" and then selected "Request Approval" to upload my invoices and submit the application.

Despite my timely submission, all of my listings for this brand were deactivated on December 2, 2024, because I had not received any response from Amazon within the stated 1-week timeframe.

Since my submission, I have received 7 identical automated emails from nt-sfpa-review@amazon.com (dated December 10, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, and 24), each stating that my application is "under review" and that I can expect a resolution within 2-3 business days. However, it has now been over 4 weeks, and my application is still marked as "Under Review."

Additionally, I have a significant quantity of inventory for this brand stored in Amazon FBA warehouses, all of which has now become stranded inventory. If this issue persists, I may be required to create removal orders, resulting in considerable time and financial losses. This situation is severely impacting my ability to operate effectively.

I have created multiple cases regarding this issue, but every response I receive simply instructs me to wait for the Application Approval Team's decision. It appears that my application may be stuck in the system due to a glitch or technical issue, as no actual progress has been made despite the repeated assurances.

I kindly request that a moderator review this matter and determine the appropriate next steps to resolve the issue, whether that involves escalation to the internal Application Approval Team or any other necessary action.

I want to provide an update regarding this issue. Following my escalation request through a case (16903841451), Amazon support has informed me that they have contacted the internal team for further review. However, I have not received any updates or resolution yet.

Given the extended delay and the significant impact this is having on my business (stranded FBA inventory), I believe additional support may still be required. If there are any actions moderators can take to help ensure this process moves forward smoothly, I would greatly appreciate it.
