Hello.... My account was deactivated on October 8th due to a review of one of my products. I have submitted the required information, but the seller performance team do not accept one of my invoices because is more than 365 days old.
In my first appeal I have sent the two invoices of all the units (20 units in total / 10 units in each invoice) and they have replied that they cannot accept one of the invoices because it is older than 365 days (exactly 371 days) . I have sent the documentation again with only the second invoice and now they tell me that they do not accept it because it does not reflect enough inventory to cover my sales volume. To cover the total number of units sold (20 units) both invoices are necessary even if one of them is older than 365 days.
All units were sold before May 2024, so the 365 days have passed now on the deactivation date, but not between the purchase, shipment and sale of the product (oct 23 - may 24) and the ASIN is not anymore in my listings.
So, I please need to escalate to someone with more authority to be able to review my case.
Thanks,
