Asking about brand approval after it was approved

Hi guys,

My brand was approved but as soon as I trying to add product to sell system asking me to brand approval again.

Case ID: 17507615451Brand Qualification Application for Roolz - US

Also i was trying to reapply but got error :

We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request. Prior Case ID: 17540950921

Can you advise me how to do it this situation and who can help me ?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Case ID 17507615451 refers to error code 5665 and that status is approved, while case ID 17540950921 references error code 5461 and that status is declined. I did also see another case that was approved today regarding error code 5461.

Since the approval response recommends waiting up to 24 hours for everything to reflect the change, if by mid day tomorrow you are still getting the 5461 error code, please follow the instructions provided in case 17550383771 and also let me know here.
