account has been deactivated due to product policy violations

my one listing is wrongly mentioned as a Halal so that's that listing required Halal certificate which is majorly required in Non-veg Products.

but my product is Edible oil ASIN B007P39X30. So pls help to remove Halal from this Asin.

A customer has raised a "Product Condition Complaint - Wrong Product" in my Account Health. It is a FBA product. I contacted Account Health specialist, they said to ask for bin images from seller support team. They shared the images and I uploaded it in the Appeal section.

Now they said, "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."

I have checked the images and the images are right.

What to do in this case? The account health team is unable to provide any right solution. It is a FBA product, what should I do to remove this violation?
