I sent amazon a shipment of 2,400 units they say they recieved 2526, defiently not possible for our case packs. I had pictures of the pallets and submited a case. It took awhile but amazon removed the additional 126 units from the shipment log. HOWEVER they still charged me a higher placement fee AND a monthly storage fee on the units they never recieved and admitted to not getting. To make matters worse the additional placement fee when I set up the shipment was $528, the final placement fee charge was $682.. yet amazon says there is no reimbursement necessary as $528 and $682 are the same numbers... attaching the email from amazon support as well as what the placement fee charges should have been.

I also have a shipment inbound for amazon right now and guess what they checked it in and said they got an additional 400 UNITS WTH!!! so is this the new norm scam for them?

Anyone experiencing FBA and AWD storage fee increase? Amazon was trying to move me to use AWD last year since FBA fee increased dramatically and they introduced the inbound fee. Anyway I started sending my inventory to AWD last August and its been alright, I do see the cost for storage fee decrease, but in recent months, especially Decemeber 2024 and January 2025 both the FBA and AWD storage fee are very very high, and I checked my inventory movement, AWD only send stock when FBA needed, I don't really see why FBA are charging so much more now. I opened a case and ask Amazon support but they seems like robots now, they don't really help us sellers, so I want to ask how are everyone doing at the moment? Thanks

I have never went above my FBA inventory storage capacity limits in March 2024, however, Amazon is charging me the FBA inventory storage overage fees. Try to reach out the help center but not getting any positive response. Do anybody else is facing the same issue?
