I’m not sure if the package was delivered or is being sent back to me?

I purchased postage on Amazon, and when I click the tracking number it says “Out for Delivery” followed by" “Returned to seller”, but on the USPS site it just says “Delivered, To Original Sender”, no mention of any return.

So which one is correct?
Will Amazon count this as Delivered?
