Trying to find order id
Hi,
We just got one of our box with a fulfilled with a paper (return - customer didn’t return the item… feels like a scammer)
in the box we got a piece of return paper…
we can see Shipment ID, VRET ID, RA and a Barcode
how can we find this order? is there any way to find this?

Under orders “manage returns” type in the RMA number.
This will give you the order order number. (you may need to look at the last 180 days)

The shipping label doesn’t show who it is from? an address? did you send the label?

The RA number should pull it up.
@Discount_Pools_Direc, how is who it’s from, or the address, supposed to help you determine which order the parcel is connected to? I don’t know of any in which those pieces of information can be of any help.
