Hi there, new seller here
I sold an item and I noticed the tracking info started with TBA followed by numbers. How do I track it? and how is this differ than regular tracking?
TBA normally stands for “To Be Announced”
TBA############ which is Amazon logistics which can not be tracked by a buyer.
Gotcha!! thanks for all the reply guys.
Well they keep claiming the handed it directly to the resident so no photos were taken and I do t have my package. My street actually cant be found on GPS and the street they take it to has a house with same number so these amazon Delivery people are giving my items to others in person and I am the one out. They need to figure out how to guarantee it’s going to the right person.
Well this new TBA tracking hardly ever delivers on time, especially 2 day prime delivery, kind of makes you wonder why you’re paying for prime when you can’t track the delivery and its most often late.
So if this is Amazon’s own delivery method for certain FBA orders, then why do I keep getting INR claims and Amazon refunds? You can’t file a SafeT claim for reimbursement. And they won’t reimburse your account!
