Ok I have had tons of problems getting my Exempt25(B) product to stick finally Amazon suspended my account here is my POA please let me knw where I am going wrong:

We have taken the following steps to prevent this issue moving forward:

We will not attempt to list or relist Aion Mosquito Barrier until we have made the deactivated listings compliant.

This is a 25(b) Minimum Risk product. We believe enough cases have been opened on this product and we’ve gathered enough information to layout the following POA which we have submitted dozens of times upon requests from Seller Support on previously taken down listings. Please see Case ID 9935533501 where it clearly states, "In order for this ASIN to be considered for reinstatement, remove any prohibited content and or provide additional evidence of compliance, and reply to this email with the detailed page changes made. We will review for consideration of reinstatement.

The ASIN is eligible for reinstatement once you

1.Remove the EPA Establishment Number from the packaging, provide an updated image of the packaging once removed

2.Remove the EPA Establishment Number from the Product Detail Page under the Pesticide Marking Attribute and anywhere else within the page.

The product is a 25b Minimum Risk product and is not classified as a pesticide device which the presence of the EPA Establishment Number indicates.

Hence, Please updated packaging and removes the EPA Establishment Number for further review."

Please see POA below which we have submitted numerous times and continue to get conflicting information on whether this product is or is not a pesticide device.

We’ve been asked for numerous documents over the preceding months and it’s our intent to provide those here, all in one place, in hopes of reinstatement and final resolution on this matter.

What is root cause that led to our issue:

We have had continual issues with our listings for Aion Mosquito Barrier being compliant with Amazon’s policies around 25(b) products. Although we have received numerous conflicting pieces of information from Seller Support, it’s our responsibility to understand the policies and we take full responsibility.

What actions will you take to resolve the issue?

We have opened enough cases to fully understand what is required to have the Aion Mosquito Barrier be compliant with Amazon policies as well as EPA 25(b), State and Local requirements. Below are the documents to validate (attached).

Please issue guidance if we are wrong in this assertion.

What steps will you take to prevent future issues?

We will continue to monitor and adhere to Amazon’s policies when listing products. This process will include periodic team meetings focused on Seller University information, Amazon Seller Policies and EPA, State and Local 25(b) regulations.
