How do I appeal? Received Intellectual Property Complaints. On the (Received Intellectual Property Complaints) NEXT STEPS “Appeal” I have click “Appeal” but it does not bring me to the next page? Can anyone help with this what do I do now? Thank you!

Hi @AIM_USA,

Generally, when you access the account health section in seller central, the ‘Appeal’ hyperlink generates the option to send an email to notice-dispute@amazon.com.

You need to send invoices or proof of purchase documentation for the ASIN(s) in question to that email address in order to appeal the complaint.

Hello there. I have provided you with invoices and receipts from Chinese suppliers in the attachment. This is an invoice for the VF LSG brand jersey. Please also check out Selling applications Case ID :6324061051 . My account has passed the Selling applications of the brand VF LSG.
– Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the infringement.
We have two listings suspected of infringing intellectual property rights. These two listings have a total of 17 size variants. So these 17 ASINs are suspected of infringing intellectual property rights. So my sales privilege was removed. I am sorry that I am unable to provide you with an authorization file. After I contacted my supplier several times, they clearly told me that I could not provide me with an authorization file. They can only provide VAT invoice and receipt. I am very sorry about this. This supplier provided me with an invoice I saw the brand VF LSG on the invoice. And this invoice has also successfully passed Amazon’s sales approval. Please check out Selling applications Case ID : 6324061051. My account has passed the Selling applications of the brand VF LSG. So I mistakenly think this is a supplier with the brand VF LSG license. So I uploaded the product of VF LSG on August 20. We acquired your products from an unauthorized distributor. This is my fault and my responsibility.I want to do a apologize for my ignorance and sorry for the damage to other’s benefit .

– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve {POLICY} issues.
1:We uploaded the brand VF LSG products on August 20. But I saw some IP problems with my account health on August 25th. Although these products did not receive any complaints during the sales period. But these ASINs are suspected of infringing intellectual property rights. So I deleted these ASINs right away.
2: I checked my account carefully. I have removed all products that may have IP issues. I make sure I do follow Amazon’s IP Policies. Examine each and every product in depth to make sure IP policies are met 100%.
3: We have organized our own research department to make sure we can sell our own products with our own design & model instead of only purchasing from the supplier, to prevent any possible infringement problems on Trademarks & Packages & Design.
4: We have establish the professional handling team to take care of listing 100% match on description, images, bullet points, & search terms, etc. Never make more mistakes of the Product Design or Brand. We will strengthen my knowledge of various brands If there have a brand and copyright that we don’t understand, We will check it through the US Trademark Network (http://tmsearch.uspto.gov) and the US Copyright Network (https://cocatalog.loc.gov ).
5:We have already checked up all the products we’ve been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 24h in favor of the customer’s right.
– Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent infringement going forward.
1: We will not sell the products of the brand VF LSG again.I will look for a reliable supplier. Before uploading the product to the Amazon store,I will verify that products and listings don’t violate anyone’s intellectual property,trademark, copyright or patent. I also will ask the supplier for a formal invoice and authorization. If I don’t get this Information, I won’t upload the product to Amazon.When adding details for products we will ensure that none of the words we use will violate anyone’s intellectual property rights.
2:I will organize a professional team to check the products of all suppliers. This team will have at least three people.They will check the color and size of the product, the quality of the product , the packaging and brand of the product. If these products have any quality problems, or if they do not use original packaging as listed on Amazon, we will return them to the supplier.
3: We know that amazon takes claims of IP infringement seriously. Even if a seller is infringing IP without knowledge, amazon will still take action and the seller’s account might receive a warning or be suspended. We will consult an attorney for help to ensure that we have the right procedures in place to prevent IP infringement. We also will learn Amazon policy through the Amazon Help page Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform.

4:We will register our brand at the US Trademark Office Within three months. Once the brand registration is successful, we will sell our brand on Amazon.
