Amazon blocked my listing without verifying a patent claim and i haven’t heard from them after emailing notice of dispute office. any one been through this?

Who are you expecting to verify the claim . Amazon do not investigate who holds the patent . They leave it up to the sellers to prove that no violation has occurred .
