Friends, my product has been marked as prohibited due to Policy violation(This product has been identified as an article of drug paraphernalia. Per Amazon policy, the listing and sale of drug paraphernalia is prohibited. “although this is kitchen product and many seller selling same product”) and SC removed my listing, detail page and Restricted ASIN, also they need me to create removal order of dispose, i appealed two times but SC support not approved for reinstate, actually I used Jungle scout for create listing and i just copy paste description, bullets, and Keywords, and after 12 days when my inventory show inbound to “Available” next day I found “removed listing”. i reviewed my listing and found 2 keywords that are contains words “Cannabis and marijuana”
I edited my listing and remove that keywords but SC not approved my product. can any body help me what is the solution?
I want to not remove my inventory. is it possible that I do new listing and attached this product with new listing/ASIN?
or any other good solution? Thanks
NOTE: I closed y listing and now listing status is “inactive” and can’t relist.

I’d suggest coming clean with everybody, yourself included.
You knew what you were listing, and you were caught breaking rules.
Amazon will not change the labels for a legal product, they most certainly won’t for an illegal one.
Creating a new AsIN/listing for a product that is not approved to be sold is still a violation. You can’t list a drug paraphernalia as kitchenware. It remains drug paraphernalia.
Create a removal order and be happy that amazon is not disposing of it all together.
that listing is toast, recall it all.
what were you trying list?
So you marketed the product to cannabis and marijuana users and now want to claim it is a kitchen product, blaming Jungle Scout for the “mistake”.
Nope, do not buy it and neither will Amazon. You need to be honest with Amazon and you just want to continue to be deceitful
The product is restricted and not allowe3d for sale on Amazon. Period.
hi
keep trying it will work enshalah .
tell amazon that you made a mistake and show them why and how you will prevent it ! and submit documents that it’s for kitchen use , invoice , product description … and retry !
dont relist the product until you get an approval for that
